About

A small studio that stays for the years after launch.

Codeseq is based in London. We listen hard, design the architecture, write the code, and keep ownership once the thing is in production.

Why Codeseq

Named for how the work actually happens.

Software is a sequence. Discovery that is specific. Architecture that can be inherited. A build you can watch. A ship that is reversible. Then the quieter work of evolving it.

We are not a body shop and we are not a pitch deck. The studio is senior by default: the people in the room are the people who write the code. That keeps the sequence short and the decisions honest.

The studio is at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We work with teams across the UK and remote where the work needs it.

The sequence

Discover, architect, build, ship, evolve.

  1. 01

    Discover

We sit with the problem until it is specific. Constraints, users, the system you already have, and the outcome that would actually count as done.

  2. 02

    Architect

A shape that can ship: data, tenancy, interfaces, the third parties you will regret or not. Decisions written down, not implied.

  3. 03

    Build

Working software in short cycles. You see it, you use it, you correct course. The codebase stays something a future team can inherit.

  4. 04

    Ship

Production is the point. Environments, previews, observability, and a release that is reversible. Then we watch it under load.

  5. 05

    Evolve

The sequence continues. Roadmap, incidents, the next seam to cut. We stay long enough for the architecture to prove itself.
